Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) after completing verification. Accounts closed due to fraud or terms violations will forfeit all balances.
You may request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes will be honored immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
